New Tensile stage for EBSD/ EBSP
Deben have recently developed a new 2KN tensile stage with optional heating to 500 degrees centigrade specifically for use within an SEM with EBSD detector fitted. The stage has dual sample clamps allowing sample observation at 0 degrees for normal use (at room temperature) and 70 degrees for EBSD (at variable temperature from room temperature to 500C). The stage is controlled from our Microtest control system and supplied with an optional temperature control and water cooling system.

This stage is sold in association with Gatan Inc.
SEM Chamberscope
Deben can now supply a TV chamberscope for your SEM using an internally mounted high resolution camera with infra-red illumination. The chamberscope can be mounted on any available free port, even one not directly in line with the centre of the column. There is a choice of wide angle or zoom lenses which are user interchangable. Systems are available with or without TFT monitors and with optional USB video display dongles.

On 1st November 2004 Deben UK Ltd. moved to a 9300 square foot manufacturing facility at Woolpit in Suffolk, UK. This facility gives us the manufacturing space needed to react quickly to customer needs and plenty of space to expand in the future.
