The Tilt and Rotate module has beed designed for the JEOL JSM-6335F stage but can be modified to fit different SEMs or can also be used for different applications.
- Tilt & Rotate sub-stage for JEOL JSM-6335F
- Dovetail mounting to fit JEOL JSM-6335F LGS stage
- Compatible with 32mm airlock
- Motorised tilt from 5 to 90 degrees, continuous rotate Rotation is eucentric
- Maximum sample size: 20mm, 20mm high
- Tilt and rotate controlled from push buttons on small keypad
- Encoder modules fitted to Tilt and Rotate motors
- Control of motors from Deben Sprite stagecontroller
- Coordinate display in degrees
- Coordinate memory for 99 positions
- Touch alarm signal taken from JEOL stage to specimen
